Founded in 1987, Evren Computer and Engineering develops reliable software, design and hardware solutions with a strong R&D culture. We operate at Yildiz Technical University Technology Development Zone and turn sector knowledge into practical digital products.
Our team combines payroll, human resources and public-sector expertise with modern software engineering. Through WinBordro, we help institutions manage employee records, time and attendance, payroll, leave and related workflows accurately, securely and transparently.

The goal of our company is to provide complete solutions to the Information Technology needs of our customers. In this context, we provide hardware, software, service, technical support, training and consultancy services. Our aim is to plan the IT activities of the companies we serve and to provide the software, hardware and services required for the solution.

Our History
Evren Bilgisayar was established and started its activities.
We left the partnership affiliated to EVREN COMPANIES GROUP and started to write DOS based programmes in logistics, transportation and auto spare parts sector.
Switch from Dos based system to Windows based system. Land Transport programme activities started.
We created our Winnak brand and realised our first sale under the name Winnak.
A new module was added to our Winnak programmes. Software for maritime transport activities has been started.
We became an R&D company and moved our company to Y.T.U. Teknopark.
We have completed the software of our first R&D project Winnak Plus and we are one step closer to becoming a technology leader in our field.
