Personal Data Protection Notice

This notice explains how Evren Computer and Engineering processes personal data under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Data controller and scope

Evren Computer and Engineering acts as the data controller for personal data collected through its websites, products, customer services and contractual relationships. This notice may be updated when legislation or processing activities change.

2. Purposes of processing and transfers

Personal data may be processed to verify identity, communicate with customers and users, establish and perform contracts, keep required records, meet requests from authorized public bodies, improve products and customer experience, conduct satisfaction and service analyses, manage complaints, fulfill legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.

Where necessary and permitted by law, data may be shared with affiliated companies, service and solution partners, hosting or cloud providers, authorized banks and payment organizations, the Interbank Card Center and competent public authorities. Appropriate technical, administrative and contractual safeguards are applied.

3. Collection methods and legal grounds

Data may be collected electronically or physically through websites, forms, customer representatives, support channels, contracts and product use. Processing relies on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698, including performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment or protection of a right, legitimate interests and explicit consent where required.

4. Your rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about processing, learn its purpose and recipients, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met, object to a result produced exclusively by automated systems and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
